Fudge inspires simplifying your day-to-day. There will be mess ups and challenges. Whether it’s an emotional, physical, mindset, or external challenge, there are ways to deal with less stress.
In the kitchen, there’s focus on using modifiable prepping techniques and recipes, even if you have limited/no “fancy” equipment.
Important note: Fudge is on hiatus until March 2021. Most content published in 2020 has been removed to be updated to match our new post layout style. Multiple live pages are currently under construction as Fudge goes through its reset and restart. Writers can still apply to write for us and you can still contact us here. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and please report glitches here.
See that grin? For a while I let insecurities over my gap-tooth hide it. Can’t miss it now though. As a Barbadian/Brit living in Belgium my background’s varied. My gap has often been the least of my worries and the kitchen became a welcome escape.
I’ve fudged up numerous times and these experiences inspired new wisdom and understanding about life in general. All this mixed in with relationship, expat, and kitchen tips, are the core of what I’ll be sharing here on Fudge (in how-to/listicle/conversational style). For more about me, visit my website.
